1.备好所用食材。

2.将奶粉及酸奶混合在一起。

3.拌至奶粉与酸奶融合。

4.蛋清打至细盐再分次加糖加入蛋白微硬。

5.将淀粉再加入,继续打发。

6.打至完全硬性发泡。

7.将打好的蛋白分次加在酸奶糊里。

9.挤出大小相等的豆糊。
